Oregon’s Tillamook and Clatsop State Forests are the largest piece of public land between the Portland metro area and the Pacific Ocean. It’s rivers produce not only some of the best remaining runs of wild salmon and steelhead, but also clean water for cities like Beaverton and Hillsboro as well as coastal communities who rely on these watersheds for clean drinking water.
